Banana - Oats Protein Smoothie Recipe

The banana is the star in this protein shake. The mega-dose of potassium in bananas protects the heart and promotes calcium absorption. Drink this before your workout for an energy punch. It’ll sustain your blood sugar and help prevent muscle cramps, too

This shake can also doubles as a quick and nutritious breakfast for those on the go


  • 0.25 litres of milk (or Almond Milk)
  • 1 banana
  • 8 teaspoons of oats
  • 1-2 scoops of whey protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 4 ice cubes (optional)


Choose your favorite whey protein powder, and combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
