Think you can’t push your limits at home? We beg to differ. In just 20 minutes, you can accomplish a great workout that burns fat while building muscles – especially as a beginner to training. This workout from hell is designed to give you just that!

Perform this workout from hell as a circuit – moving from one exercise to thee other without resting. At the end of the circuit, rest for 1 – 2 minutes and repeat. Perform at least 5 circuits for optimal results.

 #1: Body weight squat

Perform 10 Reps per circuit 

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Start the movement by bending your knees and sitting back with your hips. Go down as far as you can and quickly reverse the motion back to the starting position. Keep your head up and back straight throughout the move.

#2: Jumping jack

Perform 10 Reps per circuit

 

Stand with your feet together and hands at your sides. Now, simultaneously swing your arms above your head and jump just high enough to spread your feet wide. Without pausing, quickly reverse the movement and repeat.

#3: Press-up

Perform 15 Reps per circuit 

Set up with your weight supported on your toes and hands beneath your shoulders, body straight. Take care to keep your core locked so a straight line forms between your head, butt and heels. Lower your body until your chest is an inch from the ground then explosively drive up by fully extending your arms.

#4: Crunch

Perform 10 Reps per circuit 

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place your fingertips behind your ears. Now, raise only your head and shoulders as you crunch your rib cage towards your pelvis. Return to the starting position and repeat quickly.

#5: Burpee

Perform 10 Reps per circuit 

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Push your hips back and bend your knees. Squat down, placing your hands on the floor. Quickly kick your legs back into a push-up position. Reverse the move to return to the starting position. Want to increase the challenge? Add a push-up to each rep.
