Banana and peanut butter — is a match made in smoothie heaven! We think so, at least. This delicious smoothie is good for bulking and as a pre-work
- 0.25 litres of milk (or Almond Milk)
- 1 Ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1-2 scoops of whey protein powder
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. You can use additional milk and peanut butter to turn this protein shake into a higher calorie weight gainer. By using more milk and adding an additional tablespoon of peanut butter, this smoothie would provide you more calories.
