Ingredients:

a) 1 Cup of Fresh pineapple chunks

b) 1 Ripe banana

c) I cup of fresh baby spinach.

d) ¼ cup of Ice cubes (Optional)

e) 2 Table spoons of honey (Optional)

f) 1 cup of water or yogurt
